Katherine “Katie” Porter is a nationally recognized mortgage professional with nearly 20 years of experience helping homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors, and real estate professionals navigate financing throughout Texas, Washington, and other markets she serves.
Known for solving complex lending scenarios and finding solutions when a loan doesn’t fit neatly inside the box, Katie takes a strategic approach to mortgage lending. She works with conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and down payment assistance financing and has extensive experience helping first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, real estate investors, and clients with complex income or unique financial situations.
Katie has a strong presence throughout North Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth market, including Prosper, Frisco, Celina, McKinney, Plano, Dallas, and Fort Worth. She also serves borrowers and real estate partners throughout Washington, including Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region.
