Jonathan quickly rose from VP, Divisional Manager of Retail Lending, to Division President of Radiant – where he oversees branch growth, sales training, and a division-exclusive marketing team he spearheaded. His direction and influence have shaped a culture where ambitious mortgage professionals can thrive.
As the Vice President of Business’ Development, Alexander Kostal is the leading force for finding new talent to join our team. With over 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he has a deep understanding of the elements that build a mutually beneficial partnership between loan officers and a company. He is immersed in our company culture, allowing him to build relationships with like-minded professionals eager to make a career change. Alexander served in the US Military as a Marine for 4 years. Outside of the office, he is a devoted husband and father to 5 children. Alexander has a passion for fitness and spends most of his free time at the gym and cheering on his children at their sporting events. He previously served as a Restaurant Manager where he discovered his love for cooking; a hobby his whole family enjoys.
