Chris Krupar is an accomplished provider of solutions and a proven leader. He spent over 2 decades building systems and teams that provided excellence in service and support in the highly demanding, and constantly changing, industry of information technology. He wrapped up his IT career leading a team of 35 people who oversaw the technology infrastructure of an environment of 100,000 technology users across 145 building locations.

In 2015, after navigating through the loss of a child, he made the life-choice to partner with his wife in the mortgage industry. He has been able to apply his years of experience in providing solutions to improve the customer experience had by those seeking to enhance their lives through home ownership and utilization of home mortgages. Together, Chris and his partner in life have built a life by design and find it most rewarding to help others do the same.

Chris has immersed himself in mortgage industry and especially enjoys educating consumers and those on the Real Estate side of home buying. He specifically enjoys breaking down and simplifying the mortgage bond market for others to make it easier to understand interest rates.
