We refinanced during 2020 Pandemic to take advantage of low interest rates. The loan was processed and closed on schedule. All of the paper work was accurate. The locked in interest rate was achieved. Cash out funds were received within 5 days of signing. This was our best experience with refinancing. Anica Thompson, the Loan Office,r was outstanding.
